Free first round
Your first session is free and one-to-one. No card is needed to book it.

Membership
Unlimited membership is paid monthly and can be cancelled any month with no fee. Cancel before your next payment date to stop the next charge.

Bookings
Please cancel classes at least four hours before they start so someone else can take your spot.

Safety
Tell your coach about any injury or health condition before training. Sparring is only allowed with a coach’s clearance.

Juniors
Members under 16 need a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.
