Who we are
Ropewell Boxing Ltd runs the gym at 12 Foundry Row, Leeds. When we say “we” on this page, we mean us.

What we collect
When you book a round we ask for your name, phone number and email. If you join, we also keep your membership details and any health notes you choose to share with your coach.

How we use it
We use your details to confirm bookings, text you about your session, and run your membership. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for 12 months. Membership records are kept for six years after you leave, as the law requires.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email ring@ropewellboxing.example and we will reply within a month.
